"Since our business growth program with Stratacore, we have completed a manufacturing microscope with QMI and the Dept. of State Development and Trade. This led to a government subsidy for a Lean Manufacturing program by QMI which we are just about to complete.

Our turnover is up, staff levels have increased, "delivery in full on time" has improved, productivity has improved, and we have a better production model in place.

And all this came from the "Maximise Your Business Growth" program."

"I have recently completed the Maximise Your Business Growth course facilitated by STRATACORE. It has been a very valuable experience for our company.

At Sea Pen we are leaders in our field of expertise, we have exceptional products for our customers, however running a business is not just being good technically about what we do. There are so many issues facing business owners and managers and there is no way to know about every issue that may come up.

We found that by doing this course it has uncovered some potential risks and weaknesses we have in our business. By being aware that there are potential issues we can then plan and take action to minimise the effects of these risks.

The course created awareness covering Marketing, Succession planning, necessity of a Corporate Will, Intellectual property, Financial Management, compliance issues and many other risk management strategies. What was exceptional about the course was we then went beyond this simple awareness by developing and implementing a detailed action plan for our business (with assistance from STRATACORE).

We are now armed with not just the knowledge, we have a powerful action plan to implement the learning and turn our business into a much more valuable enterprise and one that is more profitable because we are avoiding costly business mistakes.

As a small business owner I went to eight potential advisers to assist me on my personal business before I was introduced to Stratacore International Pty Ltd and specifically Debbie Crowther.  Debbie clearly had extensive experience in numerous facets of business having built and operated her own business and assisted hundreds of clients.  In addition I was aware of and have now accessed a network of other business associates of Stratacore. Stratacore prepared a business diagnostic on a segment of our businesses and assisted in the development of the strategy for growth. We were delighted with the results of that diagnostic as it identified not only the massive opportunities we had and the optimum means of capitalising on them, but also the weaknesses in certain areas and advice on how to address each area.
