The Stratacore Business Growth Program provides your accounting practice with a broader range of services and support which your clients can access in a manner that you, their trusted professional advisor, deems appropriate.

In Australia the statistics for business failure are horrific, with some saying 3 out of 4 businesses do not survive 5 years. Of those remaining, most are underperforming and often lack the guidance required to assist them in all key areas of their business. At Stratacore, we work with you in assisting your business clients to improve their business knowledge and performance through the “Stratacore Business Growth Program”.

In 2007, Stratacore received a $325,400 grant from the Federal Government via AusIndustry to conduct a training program for small business known as “Maximise Your Business Growth, Maximise Your Business Value”. The Stratacore Business Growth Program is based on the extraordinary success that was achieved.

Debbie Crowther FCA, B.Bus, founder of the Stratacore Group, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a business growth expert, having commenced in the industry 28 years ago. Assignments and clients include both domestic and international businesses ranging from small businesses to multi-nationals.

Career highlights include:

- By age 26, obtaining qualifications of Bachelor of Business Degree, Chartered Accountant, Practicing Certificate as a Chartered Accountant, Registered Auditor, Registered Tax Agent, Qualified Trainer, Partner in an Accounting Firm, and subsequently being short-listed as Australian Young Accountant of the Year.

- In January 1986, being sent to the Gold Coast at just 21 years of age to start an accounting firm for a second tier Sydney firm to complete work for Japanese companies and, within a few years, securing clients with Australian assets in excess of $1billion with fee base in excess of $1million fee base.

- In 2000, engaged by a multi-national and flown to the UK frequently to develop their international strategic plans.

- Achieving significant Government recognition, including a $325,400 Federal Government grant to conduct training programs for small businesses and appointment as the Convenor of the Gold Coast Mentoring for Growth program for the Queensland Government.
